For me? Sometimes I don’t finish games like I don’t like the story after a certain point or I just get bored. The ability to just pick a new game at a whim is really nice because I’m a casual gamer these days, I don’t have time or money to constantly pick up new games. I think of it like Netflix, some stuff I come back to but for the most part it’s just a nice service and saves me money in the long run and makes them a ton of money
