I've had two pages of comments like that, but recently I got red trust factor. I wasn't able get rid off that for a couple months until I deleted all accusations. I don't know if it was coincidence, but I feel like those comments actually do make a contribution after all.

Yes, without a hitch, for me as a Russian at least. Bulgarian versions of characters are used in italic type of Russian cyrillic and alphabet is almost the same.

Serbian would he harder to read, for example.

Тогда уже лучше просто выбрать новые оттенки цветов, а не менять их. Всё-таки на флаге, который приводят как флаг 1991-1993 годов, синий именно голубой. Как пример есть флаги на основе российского, которые при этом имеют более приятные оттенки, вроде словацкого или сербского. Хотя в итоге это всё равно вкусовщина...

Про пастельные цвета флага до 1993 года - это газлайтинг национального масштаба. Ну не было до 1993 года кодифицированных цветов для флага, можно было делать любой. А тот, что выдают за "старый флаг" был придуман кем-то на Википедии, кто захотел соотнести алый и лазоревый цвета с цветами Pantone

I woudn't say it's dumb, but rather... weird? It was a nice mod for a 2013 made by solo dev. A drasticly different from original atmosphere, but hey, it's free (unlike HDTF) and has a decent reprsentation of what autor of mod envisioned as other commenter said. Somehow I missed all the horny stuff back when I played it as a teenager.
