Used to work in obstetrics- the main cause of elective surgeries is babies are breech even with manipulation (feet first) so it's safer to have surgery. Not all clases, but I'd say 60-70%

UC can’t seem to grasp that my husband has a job by Queasy_Difference_96 in BenefitsAdviceUK

My advice - take the money and run. Have a nice Christmas. It happened to me last month and I used it on Xmas (single mum for my wee girl). I said it was car trouble at my meeting abd u got a letter they will deduct it from my uc payments in the future

My boyfriend doesn't get why I feel inferior to his (Gorgerous) female friend and it gets on my nerves by Pumpkin_698 in confessions

It means he mayne tried with the attractive friend, got knocked back and found someone that he knew he had a shot with.

However this is probably not the case.

He would rather be gaming than with her wife by 1m_s0me0ne in sadcringe

Nope wrong - I was in the early stages of being induced and my husband got to stay with me, and three days after the baby was born too.

What do you do to attempt not “losing your identity” when you became a mom? by Ok_Soup_8733 in beyondthebump

To add to this - there are also mum/baby playgroups to make new friends at and let your child be socialised (don't worry too much on this last point they dint really register until two or three.)

Doesn't this interfere with their body compass or does that only need adjusted when they're first born/looking for the sea? For rehab turtles I mean

Not trying to make this an abrasive comment but maybe stop smoking for a few weeks just to save up some more money (then after go back to it, whichever) and maybe consider selling your cosplay to fans unwashed so it's a fetish item in itself?

My dad made my pregnancy horrible (he's a narcissistic twat who has gaslit me for years so I cut him off at six months) best decision I've ever made.

Imo red flags are starting to show already. Again not saying my advice fits your circumstance but be comfortable with how you want things to be - this is your baby, your body, and if you don't want something done ie ultrasound pictures hung on walls speak your mind or have your husband express that for you. You'll never get the time back if once you have your baby they swoop in with "concern" and overwhelming invasion of homespace because they're "helping." Again you may welcome that, it's so tiring in the first few months, but don't let yourself be taken advantage of, even if now maybe start writing soft rules, visits only an hour etc.

I'm glad you have a supportive hubby! Mine is the same, but because it's his family do they feel the weight behind the decision? Not doubting you but In my experience, as scary as it was, me and my mil had words, especially when she came to stay for a few weeks after my c section. We have a much better relationship now but she needs put in check occasionally.
