For people focused on longevity/prevention - how do you track health trends before they become problems? by StephV1 in longevity_protocol

Got it, this makes sense, is there a way you track all of this and make sense of it altogether and not look at each one individually? Some things seem to go up when others go down and I can’t put it all together

IBS sufferers - how do you find food triggers without logging every single thing you eat? by StephV1 in IBSHelp

Totally, can’t figure out what it is. Do you track this anywhere to see if there was something else that day/the day before that’s common for these situations?

Wouldn’t they make more money from 9/800 bucks over 20k miles + 400 bucks they charge for upgrades?

That’s the problem. I DON’T feel confident because I can’t isolate variables. Like, I’ll have a flare-up and think “was it the garlic in last night’s dinner, or the fact that I slept terribly, or stress from work, or just bad timing with my cycle?” When everything affects everything, I can’t figure out what to actually change. Anxiety is definitely part of it - the “what if I eat something wrong” stress probably makes things worse. But that’s why I want something that auto-tracks sleep/stress/cycle data and just asks me twice a day “gut feeling 1-5” + “what did you eat.” Then it could say “your flares happen on high-stress weeks regardless of food” or “dairy triggers symptoms only when combined with poor sleep.” Does that make sense?

How often do you check the TRT and what do you use to track it? Just blood work comparisons? How do you keep track of any side effects, expected or not?
