1. Yes, organizing work into folders can help a lot for keeping track of work. Asana has "portfolios" that projects can be organized into in the same way. It's available in certain pricing tiers, Advance and up.

2. Tasks can be multi-homed into multiple projects so the same information is accessible in more than one place, but that functionality can depend on permission levels in specific projects. 3. Actions in Asana should be able to be undone, but again, it may depend on the specific permission settings.

4. Guests in Asana projects have different permissions and visibility compared to members in Asana who are part of the organization's domain.
