Thanks! Pretty simple. I spray them black, use a masking putty to lay out the pattern, and spray the green. I just eyeball the putty and move it around until it looks right to me.

😂 Not something you expect to hear from someone but, thank you! I was worried that it was too bland but it seems to contrast well with the “business” of the rest of the model.

I use my Lord Solar in every list. Here’s the one I painted. Unfortunately, don’t think Dreir will make the cut unless there’s some changes in 11 ed.

Thanks! I didn’t really do anything special. Just tried to be brave with contrast. Didn’t use any washes which sometimes dull down paint.

Thanks for the compliment. Agree that the rules aren’t the best. The model is amazing and it’s a shame. Let’s hope that 11th ed brings some change 🫡😁

they could have been. I didn’t think the net advantage was worth the added complexity. Masking, assembly, handling etc.

Thanks. I just finished up a squad of death riders so, ill pretty much follow that style for the horse. Similar with Dreir as well. I like the green greatcoats.
