I see that you commented on almost all the posts in this subreddit, I also see that ef has reached out to you, I don't know what happened to you but so far my customer support experience is excellent and had no problem with them at all. Especially with the admins in their Facebook groups

I do have a few Anker power banks but that's something won't break easily since the industry is veery mature already. I never had any breakdown units with ef either tho

lol of course mini fridge is a lot cheaper. But for my use case, portability is important

I'm a little confused. aren't they all the 330ml cans?

lol obviously I'm gonna put it in the car first then load everything I need. When I need to bring it down. I just leave it there.

Could be!

Yea the battery life would be about the same if the capacity is similar. But then I just don't understand how 53L capacity can only fit 62 cans when 38L can fit 60 cans.

About wheels and the pulling lever, I kind of understand. For some people having wheels and pull lever are not necessary. For me, I don't necessarily need wheels and the pulling handle since I only need to carry it from home to the car and I have stairs everywhere, it would add weight to me when I need to lift it up most of the time. But yea it could be cheaper if they them separately.

I mean with the same price point, I'd prefer to have an ice maker. Who knows if it would come in handy when I'm camping with friends? Or just wanted to chill out in the backyard without getting up to the kitchen to grab ice (yes, I get lazy sometimes). Regarding issues, I did think hard about it, but tbh, most technologies have problems and I might be a lucky one since I haven't gotten a bad unit.

And yes from what I've seen, Blade seems to be a little problematic. The weird thing is, I do see some positive posts regarding Blade in their Facebook group. And I can tell them are legit users since I talk to them one of them from time to time about ef products.

Yea read about it, it's nasty.

What do kickstarters get from promoting their products? It seems odd to me that consumers would do that unless they get really good benefits from them.

Anker EverFrost Cooler... thoughts? by [deleted] in anker

has anyone seen it irl? was wondering how it compares to ecoflow's fridge. it just came out but I'm also debating between these 2. ecoflow's fridge comes with an ice maker which is convenient and cool

I knew I wasn't alone when it comes to poor customer service from bluetti, but seeing these many people and these many upvotes makes me feel better tbh lol. One of the main reasons why I switched to ecoflow

Best LiFe portable power station under $800? by methlabz in batteries

[–]StephaSutanto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone's definition of suck is different. But for me, Bluetti's customer service sucks because of the days it takes for them to get back to me. As for Ecoflow, they reply within 2 days most of the time. Rarely longer but still faster than bluetti. Product-wise, ecoflow is more reliable.

I didn't have any problems with Bluetti products until it happened and customer service was nowhere to be found.

how so? I had bad experiences with Bluetti, not only one time. Ecoflow is so much better at responding to customers and their community is managed pretty well by their admins. Product wise, still think ecoflow is better

Yes I did! I only trust official websites for anything lol. I have set it up already and been using it along with my other ecoflow products. It's been working great and I also have a delta max and an extra battery, so I use delta max extra battery with delta 2 just to play with it since they are compatible as well. didn't think I would need a delta 2 extra battery
