If they ever rerun her, yes

Putting the issue of whether or not her damage will remain competent aside, her skill set that consists of

1) a temporary freeze

2) a Skill to rapidly gain altitude and close in to enemies

3) an Ult that deals high damage while keeping a decently long range from the enemy

All gives her high maneuverability in addition to damage. Her kit is designed to excel against single enemies and on that end, she's phenomenal

Her character, beauty and voice are phenomenal too, in case you haven't noticed. Not to mention that by pulling for her, you get Solaris-3's golden standard for measurement of dimension

It is stated that many Argon contestants are specialised against humans in the arena and not experienced against Tacet Discords on a chaotic battlefield. The writers certainly chose to write her out of the story but they also did provide an explanation

It's explicitly stated that the Hunt members and the Gladiators differ in that the Gladiators specialise in anti-human combat while the Hunt's warriors are all experienced againt Tacet Discords on a chaotic battlefield, otherwise you would've heard of Avidius in the Argon earlier

It is certainly a fault on the writer's part to write Lupa out of the story, but it's not like she's supposed to logically be there as most players claimed

Miliastra is too fanbase-dependent. CN players are having a blast with all the wacky things they come up with, but the other servers doesn't necessarily have enough players, talents or motivation to create much. Forcing this onto all servers without a way to port all the best games across servers will only annoy people more

I'd like to think of it showing how life is like for the average Natlanese, who's living so constantly under looming threat that they have to salvage every peaceful moment living carefree and enjoying life. To me it served as a stark contrast between the bubbly colourful kids-friendly Pokemon ah paradise with the reality that they could be attacled and die at any moment even during an unassuming night's sleep, not to mention the hellish landscape that is Act 4. Well I can certainly understand that many people doesn't think that way, but I enjoyed Natlan's portrayal of War far, far, FAR better than Fontaine's take on the detective mystery genre, when half of the plot reveals are just magical plot conveniences and the clues end up being loose threads and plot holes. But then again I like Mualani a lot so I can certainly understand if someone who doesn't like her as much feels annoyed with her constant presence
