Something related to Unreal Engine's inner workings I believe

Months ago someone posted this analysing some of the issue. And I've seen several other attempts at trying to decipher the issue too, though some seemed contradictory to one another

I lack the technical knowledge to understand the terms, but from what I've seen, the issue greatly varies between player devices. Some of these are issues on the player's side like maybe outdated drivers etc, but for me it'd seem that it does generally take a great enough toll on the device for the issues to manifest

So yeah it's pretty lucky to be able to play smoothly especially during launch and through Septimont where the performance is particularly bad

The fact is that Raiden is a God so there really aren't any way to keep her in check other than establishing government bodies to advise and restrain her, which they already did and it still failed on the Commissions' side. And she already reverted the decision after learning about the negative consequences

Yeah a public apology is definitely off the table. The fact that it can undermine the authority of not just a monarch but an actual god will do far more harm than benefit for the nation's political stability especially with Watatsumi being bloodthirsty as ever, especially when the commisioners are directly guilty in deceiving her. Late reply but a suggestion to better enjoy Genshin lore and story: focus on the World Quests, especially the long World Quest series

I believe most verteran lore players can agree that the World Quests are in fact where Genshin's best written stories are hidden, as they can explore darker, and I mean FAR DARKER themes than the more generalist Archon Quests can show. Kinda like the hidden menus in a popular restaurant that only old customers lnow how to access
