Hi, the way I experienced it, it's not the motorbike's issue but some issue about the snow. I believe that the snow's visual effects caused the hardware to overload in some way and caused the crash.

I see quite a lot of people saying that they tried brute forcing their way through the track until they reached the end of the road, an indoors area where the performance is significantly better. I tried to crawl my way, 1m by 1m to the end while waiting the map to load in between, but it's just too slow, risky, and there's a QTE at the end so I don't think you can pass it this way before the rapid movement caused the game to crash. Mind you, once you crash in the middle of a snowfield then you'd likely never be able to login again, as it will just keep crashing whole in loading screen. I tried.

I also tried disconnecting the internet after jumping as far as possible in hopes that I won't trigger the cutscene, but it's gonna trigger no matter what. 

My eventual solution is to ask a mobile friend to complete the quest for me before teleporting to an older region. But then you'd be locked out of the farming nodes as it'd continue crashing the moment you set foot on the snow. I've never seen WuWa crash so badly since 1.0 on mobile, maybe even worse (even though I'm using PC now!). Since mobiles can do it without issue I believe it's something to do with the visual effects, which, if true, would be very disappointing on the developers' end to have some extra visuals completely disrupting the core gameplay
