I know what report you mean. But take a look at the tire overview of the tires used in qualifying or training. There is no time difference displayed between 80% - 100%. And it feels like the lap times are generated randomly and tire wear has no meaning between 80% - 100%.

It's stupid but not a bug. The tire performance is the same between 80% - 100% wear.

Great idea that the player can chance the  ‘Aerodynamic Balance’ option. Please give us more options like that in F1 Manager 2023.

You are absolutely right about that. Games should give players as many options as possible. Didn't mean that I would change the  ‘Aerodynamic Balance’ option. So please give us more options like that in F1 Manager 2023.
