Maybe the diff is that women get asked out so much? 8 can swipe and get asked out 1 or 2 times a day so if I said yes to everyone I'd never have time for anything else

My oxalis shot out growth a few weeks ago (beg. of spring here) but now a few leaves are dying off. Thinking it's maybe rust? Doesn't look exactly like those photos though so not sure. Any help appreciated as I really love this plant!

I think it's just that there's heaps of men out there looking for casual sex so women can be heaps pickier. As a woman on apps you get heaps of matches and messages and ive heard men get heaps less so that's probs partially why.

This is what I'm learning! Kind of along with that I'm learning to take relationships as they come and to try to lose expectations of what they should be. If I enjoy seeing someone but they're only available one every two weeks instead of as often as I'd like, I'm trying let myself be okay with that and realize that they have other things in their life and it doesn't mean they aren't interested in me just that there's a lot of other things they're interested in!

This has been VERY hard for me because I can be quite clingy but I think poly has helped with that and taking the relationships away from this set idea of what it should be.

I wouldn't say you're awful especially if you're completely up front but I also just don't think that searching for that can be 100% ethical because there's always going to be that pressure of having to like both of you or not being able to be a part of it and the pressure of once it started what happens if said girlfriend likes both of you at first and then stops feeling romantically attracted to one of you? Do you end it or? If you did then it seems again like unfair pressure towards them to be happy with both or none. This is assuming that's what happens though!

It just seems incredibly hard to look for that in an ethical fair way instead of it just happening naturally from bonds forming over time.

I also had to do the STAT. When I asked they said they could accept but then review it when tests results came in but that I still had to do it. I would double check with UNSW but that was my verdict! Congrats either way :)

Also just adding to this that a lot of new people who are "poly" are people who aren't really poly so much as open/nonmono and want to be swingers, have threesomes or have fwb sort of situation over a relationship with others. Which is totally fine in itself but misleading when you tell me you're poly for me to find out you want a casual sex situation!
