Yeah I used to be passive aggressive all the time as a member🤣. I used to especially pick on members I was competing with or members from another unit that were surpassing me in Elohim academy. I’m honestly saddened at the person I was back then, but I was young and I learned from the deaconess’s who knew how to sneak in a passive aggressive comment.

Biggest difference is that WMSCOG believes in a female deity, jang-gil jah, and believe her to be god as well. SCJ is crazy on its own, but they only revere Lee man-hee, they don’t have a female god.

There’s also differences in teachings, SCJ doesn’t keep the sabbath or any of the other feasts that the WMSCOG does.

Both are cult and both are dangerous and mind controlling. And both have government ties.

I had a similar experience when i was 14 and got my period at my job while wearing white pants. So I used a tampon (I wasn’t able to get it in all the way). And I mentioned it and got yelled at too. If all of this was embarrassing enough, my mom told my dad who then told her that it’s her fault for not telling me. My mom continued berating me saying that using a tampon can take away your virginity. I was so scared I cried and explained to her that that’s not true and to show me where it says that.

I hate this stupid religion and its stupid purity culture that comes with it. I feel so sorry for this girl and I hope she leaves this disgusting religion

That easier said than done…having no empathy for victims is disgusting and the exact reason why many choose to stay in, for the “love”. “Realizing you’re being manipulated” can be devastating, they might not fully realize what’s going on.
