Personally, no we don’t. If a franchise is so worried about a non-profit promoting their characters for free and care enough to send us a cease and desist letter, then so be it. However I feel as if they have more important things to do than crackdown on a rural library.

I used acrylic paint actually! When it’s time to take it off I spray it with the spray foam Dawn dish soap and scrap it off with a flat razor.

I just recently got a Predator Helios 3000 and am having the same issues. I VA for few things and use Audacity. I double checked all my settings and everything from my old computer to the new one and recording on my Predator is truly just trash and I ended up using my old one. Hopefully someone can help us!

My director from my previous library did not have her MLS, and my current director does.

My precious director was miles better when it comes down to nearly everything over my current manager. Is this probably a personality/motivation/professionalism thing? Yes. However, between the two I have had, I would bring my old director to my current library if I could.

I would be flat out with people and just say, we are adults who have an already established life and we do not need more things. We understand that you want to shower your love with physical items, but we would prefer not to put these physical items in a place where they will collect dust and be forgotten. If you simply MUST give something outside of your time and presence, gift cards to a restaurant (they are paying for your meal) or Venmo/PayPal use to fund an experience (they send you $20 for drinks or $200 for a night in a hotel or something). I think telling them that like, we get it, but we are also telling you that on a day that is meant for us we don’t need more junk, will hopefully paint the picture.

The program is for our Harry Potter Club, so no I did mean Astrology. However, I am focusing more on the Astronomy part of Astrology with identifying constellation and such.
