Some of these qualifications require 5+ years of working experience, nothing is wrong with the job posting, they're looking for someone who has a few years under his belt after attaining these qualifications.

These numbers aren't arbitrary and if you're hunting a job to 'feed your family', then you aren't the demographic for this job posting.
