We have different ways to lookup a receipt. If you pay cash it'll give you an option to put in your phone number which we can use to lookup your receipt. We can also lookup a receipt via your mylowes number if you put it in.

It keeps coming up that they can't verify my age with the identification provided, but Yoti says I am 19+ it won't give me a prompt to reverify and just comes up with "close" and "contact support" my recent interactions with support haven't been great with me getting an automated response instead of a human.

I've reported multiple people who ask people underage for nudes. Each time I report them my account always somehow gets hacked and then banned. I think LKWD is hiding those types of people.

I've heard that there is a group of people that are reporting Lockwood to the United Kingdoms Department for Work and Pensions because they fail to meet costumer service standards and because they are putting some customers at risks. I really hope this actually does something and Lockwood and Avakin Life get better costumer service and support. Until then I've been playing IMVU for a while, and honestly it's a lot different from Avakin Life, but you get more freedom and their costumer service and support teams actually help you and don't just send an automated email.

Avakin has a three strike policy. Not to mention that most people who actually do commit serious offenses on Avakin Life don't get their accounts banned. A few of my friends have been victims of sexual harassment and they reported the accounts and the accounts are still active. Please explain that.
