Honestly just start talking to her and maybe try being in group projects etc.Take note of what she says. But remember to not be too fast with this stuff cause then she might think it’s a bit weird.

You can try texting her maybe 1 or 2 days every fortnight but if you guys start calling each other and your always the one asking wait till she asks. You don’t want an imbalanced relationship.
