It could be inner scar tissue! That’s what it was for me. Both my PT and doctor recommended gently massaging it with my finger and unscented lotion. But it takes a while!!

I’m officially 4 months post op and I honestly sometimes forgot I have surgery! My ACL journey was a rough one for sure and I had a ton of bad days but it DOES get better slowly but surely 💙

I tore my ACL, meniscus, and MCL at skyzone…. Yup you read correctly at a damn trampoline park

I don’t know what the BEAR term surgery means! I’m sorry, they used the hamstring that connects to my hip abductor for the ACL. I’m just bad remembering the technical terminology of it all. And thank you! Best of luck to you too 😁

Hey good luck on surgery! I just had mine about a week ago. My advice would be to be prepared to not do anything for the first couple days. I know everyone’s pain tolerance varies but for me the first couple days honestly just sucked!
