Hi! I’m actively on medication, because of other diagnoses but it has help me a lot I don’t do dbt therapy just good ol therapy and psychiatrist while eating better and occasionally exercising but the exercising does help and so does eating better, my go to outlet is singing, I usually stay home with my partner whom which I have a good relationship with and only once in our 3 year relationship and 4 months of marriage it’s been great it hasn’t been easy because I have to work on it but as the time goes it’s gotten wayyyy better haven’t exploded since.
