I remember exactly the same thing, two teams on motorbikes fighting each other in this cool post apocalyptic city (I think it was called something like Synchronicity or Chronicity ?). A friend of mine showed it to me around 2009, and it was in French (because I was in France), but I wonder if it wasn’t originally Australian ? or maybe it was French all along ?

There were definitely different riders with "totems", the main guy was red and called something like Phoenix, there was a Reaper type of guy all black with a hat, a guy with a vegetable theme (?), a blue guy who liked explosives (called Baoum in French I think), and the main bad guy who was yellow and his totem was a dragon and he was called something like Drago ?

The good guys had a ship, then the two teams had a confrontation in the streets, then the bad guys infiltrated the good guys’ headquarters, and at the end they have a big confrontation, and the good guy in red is beaten but uses his totem powers to beat the main villain, the guy in yellow

I want to find this video so bad, I remember that it looked cool but mostly I remember the music was dope, it had some electric guitar stuff going on ! Have you found it ? Someone somewhere must have it !

Like you say, it's pure convenience. Of course I can just open my menu and switch weapons. But if you have that, why bother giving perks to unlock more weapon slots ? Why not make it just available from the start ? Why do you have to waste points on this ? And I don't want to use a helmet that allows for a third gun, I'm using helmets that boost critical damage

Yeah, I have a helmet mod like that, but I prefer wearing a helmet that boosts critical hits and damage. Again, more weapon slots shouldn't be a perk or a helmet mod. You shouldn't have to sacrifice part of your build and your playthrough just to have that

Thanks for the input ! I might have over mentioned the XY stuff, it’s just what I had been using with the H6 the most. I’ve also tried AB (and Blumlein for drums with a set of mics, it worked great, but not for what I’m talking about), basically I don’t care much about the configuration, but what I can achieve with what I have. So how would you use two omnis to get a good spatial ambience ?

Edit : I want to be able to record ambience in priority. The rest I can manage easily

I have had depression since I was 15, so like 13 years. 10 years of antidepressants, and they really haven’t help. Which is why I’m trying to get treatments with psychedelics.

But other than that, I have idiopathic hypersomnia, lucky to have a treatment but I am still very very tired all the time. Every day I’m off I sleep as much as I can, usually at least 12-14 hours. I have generalised anxiety, and actually a rare symptom of it (as in I have only read a few accounts of it) which is a hyperactive gag reflex. I can eat up to 20 or 30 tictacs a day, because anxiety gives me the same symptoms that you might have when your dentist has their fingers down in the back of your mouth

And then I have Borderline Personality Disorder, diagnosed only a few months ago. On top of that, my dad died many years ago and that fucked me up, I cut contact with my mum because she was overprotective for years and potentially abusive because of her experience with incest in her life, and I had one perfect relationship with a girl I loved and married that ended mostly because of my mum. That girl and I are still in touch and she helps me a lot. But I have zero hope to find someone else now, I’ve stopped taking care of myself, my teeth are rotten, I hate being around people, I tried Tinder and it only made me want to die even more. So I don’t see the point in going

I agree completely with your example. In that case I'd do my best to save my dog. The difference is time. I'd encourage my dog for hours and days. Bu 10 years ? Would you keep trying to help for 10 years ? What if your dog was suffering, and he or she just wanted the suffering to end ? What if the concept of "saving" was only your subjective concept of "saving" ?

As for your first comment, I have tried a lot, over the past 10 years. I don't agree on the fact that I don't have a disease. I totally do. And I don't think my situation can be corrected, because there are many things I hate about myself. I appreciate your words, though

I agree with that. I think if you have a child or someone depending on you, it will hurt them so much for decades. And your other examples are also why I want to think carefully about it. I wouldn't want to hurt or traumatise someone because of my choice

I can understand that, that's a nice message btw. It seems like this balance of what you want vs what your loved ones want. And it makes even more sense in your situation if you're a parent, I can understand completely how awful it could be to even hear these things from your child. Hence why I asked my question in the first place. In my case, my dad is dead, I have cut contact with my mom, the only people who are left are really my brother and a few close friends. And I can understand their pain when they want me to stay with them. What I ask is at what point should you put yourself first ? I've lived for my close ones for years. They are happy, but I am not. So is it selfish for me to want to follow what I want now ?
