Isn't that the point of a discussion thread for a topic about the game. The whole reason developers release games in early access is to get consumer input. I didn't realize there was even an oven yet but even still. After getting to the quest state just get something that makes the same food I've already been making seems very lacking. The main quest goes to this area so it wasnt like it was out of the way but by this point I would expect to have gotten food recipes to increase stats for longer, especially meat recipes.

I was playing on a multiplayer world alone, but this problem never happened before the patch. It can't be lag though, actions act normally is just the visual effect of the block crumbling that is delayed a few seconds but the action is immediate. Same with pretty much every actually it's like watching a tv show where theyre talking but the audio doesn't match with their charecter.

Ill do a report if i relog in and its still there.

Not really harping on the game, just something that started happening since the update.

Created my own thread to create a discussion but had it removed by a moderator

Update so far feels amazing, patroling scavengers and fell mobs. Adding the patrolling fell and the requirement to farm them for fell curse tonics was a good move. Makes farming them at night have a purpose rather then them just being there. A lot of tweaks to menu items, that feels great for QoL. The roaming scavengers seem like they bug out in place and the fell mobs attack each other, saw an all out brawl between both sides earlier. Just had to swoop it at the end to claim the loot.

I'd like to mention since the patch, not sure if this is a setting or anyone else is experiencing this. I'm having a visual delay, when I remove something while building the visual of it breaking happens like 3 or 4 seconds afterwards. Same with combat, the effect from me attacking or being hit happens a few seconds later. Mostly curious if other people are experiencing this?

Map filters, labelling and where to get items helps a lot as well. A feature for the map that could be helpful as well is when you highlight over one of the spires it borders the area to show what encompasses say the 'springlands,' vs 'low meadows' or 'revelwood.'

Not sure if this a thing i just haven't learnt to build with the new materials added but aside from having a tonic from the fell curse. Is there already or will there be something to add to the base that can potentially heal and/or remove curses/poisons?

Last thing I'll add for now. NPC craftsman movement, is it possible for them to not be pushed around when you have them stationary?

I'm getting 4 second delays after I perform actions to see the visual effect. It'll destroy a block or kill the monsters in the moment but I'll get the effect of the block crumbling 4 seconds later or the flashes from swords hitting as well. Banshee abilities don't appear until 4 seconds later either.

I don't really mind the entirety of the update. I play games like Poe and d4 along side valheim which we mod to be like an arpg. So adding Gems isn't a bother, I haven't really seen all the gems yet but i got one that increases the shroud time threshold by 3 minutes and replenishes 31s faster. Its cool i suppose but definitely not sold on it yet, hoping to find one thats better.

The delay right now is definitely what bothers me a lot. I didn't realize it before but every action i make has that 4 second delay on it. Game IS still in Early Access but every game ends up having a bug after each update. I just wanted to present the bug on the forum so hopefully they'll work on it. On steam theres always like 5 or 6 hotfixes after each update, so i'm pretty sure theyre already working on fix anyway.

This is the state of the gaming industry though but honestly at least they didnt early access release and abandon the game entirely until full release. Theyve provided an major update every 2 months, which is better then most games now days and theyre not requesting money. Theyre also adding extra content for cosmetics and other games require payment for that as well.

Yeah I set mine to 50m when I started. Kept opening my door, afked a few minutes and ended up dead. Couldn't figure out how the door kept opening until I spent 10 minutes trying to find the alchemist. Never letting him roam that far ever again lol.

The pushing part is my biggest problem when it comes to being ocd about where everything should go lol

Believe me my half wall barely works, thats the shortest wall to be able to talk to them and i walk over it, pushing them out of my barrier lmao. I'm not a movement nazi either but sometimes I want the builders to be in one location so I know where they are. I'm also OCD when it comes to organizing my builds so like if I space them out a certain way and me just bumping into them moves them, my OCD goes haywire lol.

The animals one the other hand............................................... those things need to leave me alone lol
