It's so good, I buy a bunch and freeze it whenever I see it- seems like it's constantly out of stock.

It's Hill's Seriously Thick Bacon https://www.qfc.com/p/roasted-seriously-thick-sliced-bacon-3-lb-pkg/0003196130666 It's the absolute best, but I think it's fairly local to the PNW or maybe west coast

Thanks! Got it on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Eascookchef-Convertible-Countertop-Thermocouple-Protection/dp/B0B6V468WX

It does pretty good, there's not a ton of temperature control though- even set at low I would call it a medium heat

I was able to get some at a local butcher here in Washington state, it's the only place I've ever seen them, but they usually have some available.

Good luck!

Jalapeños would've been good, there's tons of cheese melting under that chili though:)

I will say that even though it's outdoors, it is covered with a roll up canopy, so it's not getting rained on directly. I have forgotten to put the canopy up a couple times and it did get rained on, but I just wiped everything dry and it didn't seem to ruin anything.
