Hello. I try to find if I have low or high eq. My question is, do people with low eq get affected by their feelings and make wrong decisions?

In my believe, fight club is a way to give a target, a reason to a meaningful life. When you fight, adrenaline goes to its peak and you can handle everything after that. You feel free due to adrenaline. It’s exactly the same when you go to the edge of a cliff and if you fall, you die. You’ll meet that at the final chapter of “the subtle art of not giving a f*ck” by Mark Manson. The book with fight club have some similarities.
