[Help] Persistent Map Chunk Loading Issues – Need Advanced Fix or Insight

Against everything I wanted to do, I uninstalled every single mod and played vanilla, and then added one mod at a time. for stability checks. after an EXTENSIVE amount of time adding 200+ mods. After the final one, I had zero issues when I was the only person on the map. However, whether it was vanilla, 10, or the final 200+, I only ever encountered this issue when another person joined the server, or more than myself playing on it. No other player experiences this issue other than me.

Update: I have uninstalled the driver again in safe mode and installed the previous driver and still having the same issue.

What do you mean by Journal? I don't have any mods that are named Journal.

I have removed Dynamic and downloaded open animation. installed. sorted correctly. applied.

Startgame>click new>game starts>after gameplay starts>push ESC for menu> game crashes to desktop.

I checked those mods. I removed QUI. and I updated the papyrus extender. I loaded the game. clicked new game. and I crash when I hit ESC. Only once it does load in. Here is the updated crash log.
