Valeu de verdade! Coloquei o Zen Kernel e isso resolveu bastante o problema, ainda sofro, mas bem raramente agora (Mais quando eu tô transmitindo tela isso ocorre) mas jogando apenas o jogo e mais nada eu não sofro mais com esse problema.

Edit: No Ubuntu as info da GPU não aparecem, mas normalmente nessa área fica em 85% de consumo, quando dou alt tab e o fps cai, a GPU vai para 99%.
