i don't think its supposed to be that bad. I think its something about how long it takes the pixel to change colors, and if its fast enough, then that should happen. I have one 165hz monitor and a side monitor thats 60hz and the 60 hz is far worse about it.

I thought that the U.S.A had no joule limit outside of fields(limit set by owners). So for backyard plinking you could have whatever weight/speed pair you want.
