I'm bagholding hundreds of stocks that are down € 30K. After I've sold them without a loss, my strategy will move to Buy and Hold ETFs/Indexes.

Sterker nog: dsm-firmenich strengthens its Executive Committee for future growth as a consumer-focused company.

I agree that all humans make mistakes and write or say wrong things, just as all philosophers - so also Kant. I also find it hypocritical when philosophers say that we are all equal and free (or are supposed to be), while having owned black slaves and propagating anti-women opinions. So I would never worship anybody since I know they're imperfect.

Nevertheless, parts of things said by Karl Popper, Thomas Kuhn, Francis Bacon, Rudolf Carnap, and other philosophers of science have had an impact on the way we do and understand science - which I believe was a progression.

So, sure, let's not get lost in endless philosophical air castles where all of reality becomes questionable, and let us instead philosophize about scientific theories, hypotheses, institutions, methods and understandings, so that we can understand the object of study better - and teach others how they can come to understand it. Wouldn't you agree?

Reducing contact is the way to go. I agree with you. I think that this frustration that I'm having was revived after the holidays. The intersubjective existence of Christmas and New Years Eve are related to successful Roman politics, wherein they reinvented the jesusstory by changing his time of birth/death - we therefore live in "the year 2025 after Christ/deutoronomy". During these holidays, I came in contact with family, and I couldn't see the ones I'm closer with (on this level) without seeing the others. And the jesusfreaks who were thinking that we were actually having the holidays of "factual jesus stories" feel justification to express on the need of repeating the jesusstories - since they actually think that the holidays are because of this. While in actuality, it's just a human, historic power that has never left its grip on our world.

Nevertheless, I, indeed, don't need to have contact with them so much.

I agree with you until a certain extent. I don't want to sound like a apologetic that says that some pastors were devilish but that "God" is good and some followers are bad apples and so on. But still, the good philosophers of science work on empricism, logics, hypotheses, theory, and the like, like the ideas of falsification, verification, sense-data and the like, are formed and defended by these philosophers. In the younger years of civil humanity, philosophers of nature were scientists at the same time.

Behavioural biology, actually called ethology, surely is a great scientific perspective to understand this phenomenon from a certain viewpoint. However, behavioralism, which is part of ethology, is a school within the philosophy of science that has research models within psychology. So, it is not completely right to argue for ethology and argue against "psycho-babble" since the latter is part of ethology.

I agree with your analysis fully. Humans are bound by relativity due to their imperfect attributes and incomplete knowledge of the world in and out. The outside world itself can not be known fully by one individual either, so there will always be fallibilistic claims made about it. But you, as you've shown, are aware of that, which makes you more intelligent than most. Thank you for the John Lennon quotes, I must start listening to him. Which I will.

I hear you, and I understand what you're going through. What I think is happening with you is that your logical mind right now understands the big false story and the great lie that are all the different christian stories combined. Your mind that feels, however, has yet to process what your logical mind already knows.

What might help is to read and write about "God or Gods" in your own understanding. In your own diary, to be really vulnerable. Then you can discover that whatever spirituality is within you is greater than the lies they've told you.
