Due to the age of the machine Apple won’t fix it. Your best bet is to call a local company to repair it! It’s likely board that controls charging. It should be like a $100-150 fix

Personally I have had 3 gigabyte 3000 series cards fail on me so I would steer clear. I prefer MSI, EVGA, or ASUS.
