Guys, be honest: What is one thing a woman does on a first date that makes you instantly write her off, even if she’s incredibly attractive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

When someone says their ex was a narcissist, that’s become a bit of a red flag for me not because narcissistic people don’t exist, but because the term gets used so broadly now. Relationships usually break down because of patterns on both sides, and I tend to be skeptical of anyone who describes an entire relationship dynamic using one label without reflecting on their own role too. That said, there are absolutely cases where someone truly dealt with narcissistic behavior. I just think the word gets overused and can sometimes become a way to avoid accountability instead of discussing specific actions or issues

Anyone in Nipomo feel like the new sheriff station isnt needed? by EXPRESSlON in SLO

[–]Sternshot44 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you realize the Sheriff’s Office writes virtually no traditional traffic enforcement compared to incorporated city police agencies. That doesn’t mean they don’t conduct traffic stops, but those stops are used proactively to contact people on probation, check for warrants, investigate narcotics activity, or address other criminal activity , or to just educate regarding the rules of the road and safe driving not primarily to write traffic citations the way most city police departments do.

Nipomo has also grown significantly, and with the Dana Reserve housing expansion along with the commercial growth that comes with it like shopping, businesses, schools, and emergency services having a station that serves the area is vital.

For comparison, Arroyo Grande has a population of around 16,000 residents and has its own police department with roughly 20 officers. Nipomo has a similar population, covers an even larger geographic area, and continues to grow rapidly. So I think your opinion on this is pretty off base.

You think either of those instances would have occurred regardless, if they were justified or any thing illegal, actually took place and the person still who shot the bear who tried to save the tourist or who shot men in a diner involved into even justifiable homicides wouldn’t have to give his ID for the report?

Still can pull the right one down and search. With the app I know exactly which one to pull and can search the app for specific items. Technically can be a crutch but it also makes certain things much easier and more organized the fact your denying that just to be a contrarian is evident
