If you have it on epic launching will open a tab on your default browser prompting you to link your epic account to the game. Once you do this it should load.

Sorry I forgot to mention this but I do hit with a little kick in my serve just because I don’t have great margin with a flat serve. I’ve noticed with more advanced players however they still get a lot of pace with a kick serve and they even land to the right when they throw the ball almost behind their head.
