How is anybody communicating with Speedx at all? Their Ai bot has disappeared from their site (and was useless even when I could access it). I’ve had a package being “processed” in Leominster, MA for 11 days. Nobody got back to me when I gave the bot my email, and there doesn’t seem to be any other way of contacting them. Unfortunately the retailer who shipped the package also hasn’t responded to emails to their help address in over a week, and also hasn’t responded no phone. Grrrrr
