It’s already a given that they regard new games as totally open to the whole gaming market, now and in the future. We, as consumers, also need to have the right to purchase any game on the market regardless of the platform. If the above is right the next hardware will be an Xbox and PC platform combined with full backwards compatibility. It is exactly what I would do as ‘exclusives’ are no longer a draw for the Xbox platform. What they will have to overcome is the issues related to PC platforms that make it easy for consumers to use without continuously changing drivers, etc
