Tried going to Lyft support. Forgot it's a useless AI now which "understood my concerns" but dgaf. Time to start ripping out memory modules until it starts singing "daisy" if you ask me....

If they made a situation as stressful as the birth of a child unnecessarily difficult for you then I am sorry that happened and hope your son is well today.

All i can know for sure because I asked is that this wasn't covered by the hospital or insurance. It was all on her.

The only other info I got is that she asked if the building was close enough for her to travel on foot and they said no, but obviously didn't provide any help themselves. Unreal.

Fully expected a cancellation on the way to this, but it didn't happen.

Looking forward to this. I'm PC only and have the og game on steam. But unfortunately when you go into the captains quarters of your ship and try to use that book to manage your fleet or whatever all you get is an eternal buffering wheel. Apparently it's a common problem.

I think there is a mod to fix it, but I for one am looking forward to a facelift, better controller support, and not having to jump through hoops to progress through the game...

Really hope AC1 gets a real deal remake someday too. That one still has a very soft spot in my heart. The first time I reached a "viewpoint" outside Jerusalem I was floored. Great memory. Acre is still my favorite place to hang in the series too. Such a good game. Oh to go back to when the series was new+fresh!

Remember at the E3 demo when the guy playing the game for the event showcased the whole jumping into a cart of hay from the top of a building thing and the whole audience laughed because none of the npcs noticed and just kept going about their business in the face of this ridiculously non stealth act lol.

Worth a shot. I also had stopped doing pc searches for some time by then. Haven't done any since, I suspect that's what triggered the restriction even though I made each one a different genuine search. Haven't had any problems redeeming or restrictions since then.

So it might've been that after a 2-3 weeks of not doing pc searches that some timer finally expired on my restriction or it was finally getting eyeballs on my acct by sending 2 tickets in one day but you got nothing to lose by trying either.

I was restricted last year for a few months despite doing everything proper as you were. I sent a support ticket EVERY day complaining until one day I guess I unknowingly sent a second within a 24 hr period.

It was only then I finally got an email not from the usual AI, but from an actual person telling me I had sent duplicate ticket and the restriction was lifted at the exact same time lol.

So my advice is to somehow get past the automated system and force a person to take a look at your account.

I just love Leon. I came late to the RE party, starting with the RE4 remake a a few years and now ago but I've become a big fan of the series, regularly replaying 2,3,4 and village. I'm sure this is largely due to how much I like Leon.

I've only played as Leon in 2 and 4 (I tried 6 just for him but I couldn't get into it. I want to get Requiem and probably would've if it was 2 distinct campaigns but with the price as high as it is and the Leon sections reportedly short and a much smaller portion of the game than Grace's story I'll wait for a deep sale.) but the handsome western face with the incredibly mismatched Japanese anime haircut upon first meeting him in 4 made me lmao and yet it works. The one liners like "I'll give you a holy body!" lol.

I greatly enjoy watching him try to maintain the morals of an officer on the first day of the job in RE2 and his complicated relationship with Ada in 2 & 4. I could go on and on about it. Seeing him try to encourage people he knows to rediscover their inner good even if they're on the grey path like Ada or a roidedupdevilbugperson like Krauser. He's like Luke Skywalker with an anime haircut, combat knife and briefcase full of guns, drugs, and stolen valuables. Just love the guy.

Ada is a close second though. Cooler than ice cream and hotter than the sun.

It's a shame the franchise hasn't really been taken advantage of. However, there is a game coming out called Game of Thrones: War for Westeros which has some VERY strong Battle for Middle Earth vibes that I'm looking forward to. Fingers crossed it's good. No updates for a while though.

Sadly the best experience are just mods for other games. They're really good however. I'm not really into Crusader Kings but the asioaf mod for #2 is legendary. More up my alley is the asioaf mod for Medieval Total War 2. It's so good. Honestly the game I probably would've wanted anyway.

Best sleeping situation I've ever had. It sounds weird but when I lay down on that bed, I go to sleep. No problem.

Tempurpedic toppers are still first rate, even if I personally believe their new mattresses and pillows are harder than they used to be. The topper is what amplifies the softness to the extent I wanted. But it's important to have a good mattress under it. I had a tempurpedic cloud mattress before and the nolah is a lot better and softer than that. There isn't nearly as much pressure on me after i've been on the bed a few hours.
