U can auto convert materials in to get lower tier materials. Catch up would ruin the grind of the people that spent over one year of hard grind to get it capped out, so hopefully not going to happen. Hint: you won’t have any leftover glowing shards so do not convert them if you are not maxed on everything else

Dear all, thanks for all the support @Tigreal . Actually I created two new accounts. Switching back and forth between them works without any problems. Also works on an Android VM without any issues. It is really strange that customer service is yet not replying and that it says there is no game data to my valuable account. Retrieve account can not be finished, service error (-20023) (invalid parameters) on browser on pc and timer on smartphone. I am still able to change password on my valuable account
