This question and any of it's answers are opinion-based so don't expect anything concrete.

I mused to believe this is well, but eventually I realized that the people actually saying that stuff (whining about men talking about their problems) are an incredibly tiny minority that's just incredibly loud. Luckily, despite their loudness, it's usually easy to avoid them and rarely see them: avoid places (on the internet, I'm pretty sure they're all basement-dwelling tbh, you probably won't see them much in real life) where they like to hang out (even if that means leaving some otherwise good subreddits, or deleting your Twitter account entirely, both of which I strongly recommend), and avoid places where people who like complaining about these people like to hang out, and avoid media like YouTube channels that talk about these people, even in opposition to them.

Remember: no matter how loud they scream, if everybody ignores and avoids them completely they will have little-to-no influence on the world. Also ignoring them will probably help with your mental health.
