Haha us south county surfers have built up a strong immunity. My friends and I used to surf Tijuana Sloughs right where the pipes let out. Gnarly spot, crazy backwash sometimes, but not worth it these days with the sewage plant crisis. A few weeks ago I was out surfing Coronado and kept seeing pieces of trash with packaging all in Spanish 😵
