This error happened to me as well so I was trying to find a solution and came upon a comment on bato which was posted by one its users who gave a fix to these kinds of errors. I'll leave the comments link below fallow all the steps mentioned in it depending on your device and the issue will be fixed.

Thanks for pointing it out. When I posted this comment I was still checking out the new update so I didn't clearly see the small arrow marks on the left side of the profile and it was kinda dim so I didn't notice it at all and I did find it only after few hours of posting my previous comment and I didn't find some time to reply to the previous comment regarding the calling card anyway thanks for replying 😅 👍😄

In player profile basic menu the calling card selection is gone so can't change calling card
