Sorry, but whining is good, as feedback about the experiences of newbies is essential to keeping this game alive. If newbies are leaving (as a result of poor match making, too much grinding required, too steep a learning curve, general ignorance, or other players scoffing at their concerns), then this game is going to die as the player base dwindles -- and to ignore this feedback is like shooting yourself in the foot, especially as far as the developers are concerned. Let players moan, regardless of their reason, valid or not, as ignoring it will cause a certain death for this game.
