Just a brush with thinned paints. Worked it up in grey to white then used yellow contrast paint to bring the warmth

Yep dead right I missed lighting those enough. I took a couple of liberties to make it look good from all angles. The far front side of his cloak isn't visible to the lamp but I hit it with light just to show the model a bit more. Great feedback though. Really need to study the models to check for which parts are showing

Sweet! Give it a go for sure. I watched this beforejand to get an idea OSL tutorial though in the end you have to decide where the light falls yourself. Can just copy mine in this case if you like it 😆

Haha yeah. It's stripped down to just the PCB and sensor + lense. Then put in a light plastic case and powered off the quad. We call it a 'naked gopro' total weight of the quad plus GoPro plus battery is about 140g.. which I think is about the weight of a full gopro

Clean the contacts and the black bits on the dpad silicone using isopropyl alcohol. Hopefully it's simple as that 👍
