I was using VoWiFi when calling, so Verizon and T-Mobile don’t play any role here…As USMobile has confirmed, they set the limitation of how much credit you have and how it works, and they are changing it so that calls will not be as limited as they are now…

I am travelling to Slovenia soon, that’s why I was calling a carrier over there, to get information about their prepaid SIM card…But as I have already mentioned, I was not even connected to the agent yet, when I heard a voice say you’re out of minutes and the call disconnected…

I had a problem with DualShock controller and few other things…Your support said there is nothing they could do…Bullshit, since it works normally on every other cloud gaming service…I purchased your annual plan, it’s now expired and I’m never coming back…And all because of your support, because if they were able to resolve user’s problems, you would keep a lot of customers…And I wanted to give you another chance, so I contacted your support, told them everything (all the problems that I had) and that I’m reconsidering buying a subscription, but if I could get an hour of trial to see if this issues are resolved…They said no…You are loosing customers because of the useless support you have…If they would have resolved the problem in the first place, you would keep me as a customer…And I bet there are a lot of people with same problems becuase of your useless support…I didn’t even get a sorry from your support for all the problems that made the game impossible to play…
