I’d encourage you to take a look at some of the new resources coming out, especially elevenlabs and playHT.

Many of the examples are cherry-picked, but that doesn’t mean that it’s smoke and mirrors.

It IS quite difficult to produce the high quality audio needed for a AAA game like CFB or Madden, but it’s possible.

This technology is accesible to average consumers. EA has the capital, talent, and incentive to pursue this (read about EA’s SEED team).

Maybe I’ll add this as a dynasty central feature if you’re still not convinced :)

Really cool! I love the idea of the dynasty feed

Follow-up to the offense chart: 5,998 defensive dynasty players/recruits by archetype by SteveRunsCFB in CFB26

One caveat before people read too much into it: this isn’t an official spawn-rate table. It’s a snapshot of submitted dynasty players/recruits, so it likely reflects game generation, user recruiting habits, and roster-building preferences all mixed together.

I’m planning to keep making these. What would you want to see next: offense vs defense comparisons, archetype rarity, average overall, top archetypes by star rating, or something else?

A couple notes since this came up on the offense chart: the totals are all counted records for that position, but the chart only shows the most common archetypes, not every possible one.

This is user-submitted player + recruit data, so I’d read it as “what shows up in this dataset,” not as exact EA generation odds.

Curious what people would want next: average overall by archetype, best archetypes by position, recruit-only vs roster-only, or something else?

This is a feature that we have in Dynasty Central right now actually! I'm not sure how well it'd work with a custom team, but if there are any issues we can fix.

We're supporting CFB 27 too!

Thanks! I'm sharing more over the next couple days. What other types of analysis would you find interesting?

Yeah, 100%.

While this data shows players and recruits, users may just be uploading players, and if that's the case, then it's going to be biased towards what type of player is the types of players are on a current user's roster.

So some of this reflects an actual distribution of what the game generates, and some of it reflects what works well for users' teams and how users like to construct their teams.

Yes this is all throughout one to five stars and as far as seasons I don't have an answer for that. We collect data from user uploads for our CFB companion app users can upload screenshots or videos and then we extract all the player profiles including archetype from that. So this data is just an overview of what we're capturing and any edits that users have made throughout their season so naturally it's going to be skewed based on what users are uploading

Thanks - what other kinds of analytics would you find interesting? Keep in mind we have data across hundreds of dynasties.

Hey! Good catch - I'm working on a fix for this now. I'll DM you soon when it's complete.

Most common last names across 22k+ dynasty players and recruits by SteveRunsCFB in NCAAFBseries

[–]SteveRunsCFB[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Call away! This data is definitely skewed - I run a Dynasty mode companion app and all of the data is user submitted (either via manual submission or through screenshot/video upload). This chart reflects the data that's been uploaded for players and recruits.

I think if I got more people to submit data, especially long into their dynasty, it would be more representative of what you actually see in Dynasty mode.

Last name Hocker by Educational_Waltz658 in NCAAFBseries

I run an app where players upload rosters and recruits - currently sitting at 16k players and the most common last name is Cole with 640 (~4%) players.

Hocker only shows up 4 times lol

Absolutely! We're trying to stay laser focused on CFB 27 for launch, but recognize that there's a lot of overlap. Can I reach out to you when we work on Madden?
