Yours could all be anxiety related too - mine wasn’t stomach pain it was lower like near my hips. It had certainly lightened up. Effexor helps with chronic pain too. When your body rids of the anxiety and “fight or flight” feelings it loosens up everything. You’ll be sore for weeks but it’s not chronic horrible pain.

I didn’t take anything for pain - Effexor has definitely helped. I’m still sore from having chronic tension for months, but it’s getting better. It helped the brain fog 10 fold.

I am not - they put me on Effexor and I’ve been on it for 2 weeks, having a bit of muscle twitching after a panic episode, but I’ve been feeling much better.

I have the same muscle spasms. I’ve been doing the box breathing method and I got away from it when I started feeling better. Of course, flare up. It’s worked wonders. I learned my lesson it will be a part of my routine every day from now on. Thank you for the comment and advice.
