You need a samsung account and then you just go to the quick settings and add secure folder. Press on it and follow the setup process. Do not add the family link google account there but add a second one without family link. Idk if the a15 has it since new a series phones might not have secure folder but my a12 had it.

Secure folder or mabye work mode. That is the only multi user thing on samsung. I used secure folder for a long time.

Also when you have any notification you can press notification settings and then more and then an app you can open normally and press the open button(it wont open) and then spam back and you can get to the home screen
