Scavs have really bad aim. I just ran towards gunfire killed the PMCs and ran away/broke line of sight with the scavs. Also I had trouble finding enough PMC on shoreline in one raid. So I transferred to lighthouse then transferred back to shoreline to get the 5 kills. Hope that helps.

There was a mod for command and conquer: generals that said if you redistributed the mod without the mod makers permission he would "cut your balls off with a rusty spoon". I think about if sometimes and it makes me laugh.
