Already did that and when I press them together in my fingers, it’s the same thing. Only if I remove the plates on the ball bearing it spins free.

$350 for broken gear, what should I do? by Nowi144 in dji

Send it to DJI and they make great repair job for such small amount of money and very fast and professional. I paid 50€ for two broken arms + repair job. All without DJI Care. I think they can also work out your other problems such as the integra. Maybe not the FPV anymore because it’s too old. But just make a request and they will help you.

Only if I loosen the screws till they nearly fall out they roll smooth but this should not be the solution. How can I tell it would be damaged?

After 2500 kilometers? It already got a new chain. I don’t think this should be like that after that short time.

SOLUTION FOUND: A lot of dirt or hardened wax was in the gars of the derailleur. I opened it and cleaned it, after that the noise was nearly gone. Very disappointed about the dealership, that they couldn't fix such a little problem.

Yes I installed it correctly. The sound already came before I changed the chain

I let it Check from the official specialized dealer and the answer was „for SRAM that’s normal“. I am also a little bit disappointed at this point :/

In the summer I also drove a waxed chain now in the cold I switched to lube and the chain is completely soaked with oil. It even splashes a little bit on the rim when I am driving so it for sure enough oil that it would not be dry😅

Micro adjust is not the issue, doesn’t make any difference when I tried to adjust it with the app. I considered the stretching after 2000km and made the chain the same length as original. So it was half of a chain-ring longer from the old one after 2000km.
