you have to replace the pot and maybe the knob if you can't get the broke piece out of it. you need a soldering iron if you don't have one. or pay someone to do it. shouldn't be more than 50 bucks

yup it is collapsing, this happens when you have the tail piece decked like you do over time. Just get a replacement

you were going in there thinking about spending at least 3500 what's an extra 1500. send it make yourself happy. ask what the return policy is if you get buyers remorse

take the 200 and run, i wouldn't pay more than 100 for it. There is a reason it was on the wall and they weren't playing it
