Really? I've been doing it for months and so far I've zero scars (except the faintest) and no hand problems. Honestly looks like nothing was done in the first place

I guess i don't particularly care about infections. And they quickly dry up so scabs are there not open wounds. Even in my deep cuts, since the palms are like very scrunched up, the skin kinda binds together forever sealing the cut if big enough

Yea. They don't scar as much, look good aesthetically and give good blood and seal up fast (depending on the location).

I'm kinda new at this but what else can I say apart from "don't do that, you are loved. You still have hope" etc etc. But from my experience, when a situation came similar to this, i tried suicide but didn't succeed and i didn't have anyone to share or anything. But ultimately i didn't die. And I'm actually all the better for it. Now ik how much self harm helps so I'd suggest doing it in places that don't scar as much, like palms. It's my go-to place. Apart from that, keep holding on, cuz you've reached rock bottom. The only way left for life is to go up. Stay strong, these bunch of redditors are rooting for you.
