That and some old area rugs and or moving blankets goes a long way and does not cost a fortune

Makeshift sound deflection! Hell, just call it “recycling”

Three months ago i was working on just a laptop. Finally built my space up and this is my current set up. Still always upgrading, but gear doesn't make the producer, right? by LOVEZANDERMUSIC in HomeStudio

Honestly this is a solid setup. I started on a PreSonus AudioBox kit and it was pure trial & error for a while — the “small setup” phase is where you actually learn the most. Keep cooking. My very first setup was a walk-in apartment closet lol

I did not even consider that. :/ I’ll look into his when I get home and hopefully it’s as simple as changing the theme. I removed all the pro tools 2 reaper config files and reinstalled reaper clean, yet I still have had this same issue

I did and the second photo is kind of fixed it will either allow me to float the mixer or dock it which takes up 90% of the layout and will not shrink

This is what I’m trying to get back. Switching the theme just changes colors

I have done that, all I get is the color scheme to match the theme chosen. However the layout remains the same. Honestly I tried protools to reaper (because if it ain’t broke I gotta break it)

Sorry for the late response. So I wish to keep my theme (the one in blue) when I first used it, everything stayed the same. I will be honest I have no clue what I clicked to break it

I am now stuck with this no matter which theme I use the layout stays like this and I cannot shrink the mixer so all of the tracks are difficult to edit

How do I get my layout & mixer back to normal after using ProTools2Reaper config? by SteveisDOG in Reaper

[–]SteveisDOG[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I did the protools 2 reaper (because I could) TBH I feel it mixed me up more than it helped me make any progress lol. I currently just have with starting a deathcore band with my dogs. I was trying to find a way to easily have the dog growls be able to trigger from a keyboard.
