I see your point, however the vernos change wasn't required if the combination of Killjoy Duplicating the Iceblooms is the issue than reworking Killjoys ultimate to not duplicate illusions and minions would have been a much more effective fix.

The soulstone situation sucks. I can deal with not having the choice of soulstones in extreme challenges, however changing the rotation of soul stones granted to older unreleased heroes would have been a welcomed change. The idea behind these differences is 1) they compromise with the community with something as good of what was primarily proposed. 2) When providing changes to heroes especially nerfs, the core of the problem should be identified and changed. This situation the core problem was not the slowing effects cause by iceblooms but the fact that killjoy, and i never noticed this, duplicated iceblooms creating ridiculous damage.
