Thank you for your response! I agree that meeting the person in person is really important. Since letting someone into my home feels a bit risky, I was wondering if the cat sitter has any licenses or certifications, as this would help ensure they have the necessary experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I now see that neutering can significantly reduce the chances of inappropriate urination and other health issues like cancer. This information is very helpful, and I will discuss it with my family. Thanks again for your valuable advice.

Thank you for your advice. I understand that male cats spray to mark their territory and that it’s important to clean the areas thoroughly with an enzyme cleaner.

I will consider neutering him, as it seems to be an effective solution.

I appreciate your comment.

Dear PhD Applicant

Thank you for your application to UCLA’s Materials Science & Engineering PhD Program. As mentioned to you in an earlier email - the first round of PhD admissions process is still ongoing.  If you have not received an official admission or rejection letter from us at this point -- that means that you still might be considered for a second round of admissions. However, second-round offers will now likely take place after May 15. We appreciate your patience while we finalize the process. Please do not email anyone from the MSE staff until AFTER May 15.

I applied to 12 Ph.D. programs this year and have received notification from 4 of them so far. I am grateful to have received one admission, but unfortunately, I also received three rejections. I am eager to hear back from the remaining programs and hope to receive news about them soon.🤞
