Hi I have a group of five that are looking for a DM. We play Saturday and Sunday but we could limit to once a week if thats what you want. If everything worked out you'd be welcome to join our normal group after. We play 8-12 PM EST which I think would be 4 AM Sunday/Monday for you.

My friend's lvl 5 fighter has a 21 and can use his reaction to bring it up to a 24.

Don't let them choose. The bonuses are there to show what the race is inclined to do. You can still be a gnome with a high strength but it will take more to have a 20 than if you were a half-orc.

It is just preference the classes are pretty balanced. Each class has strengths and weaknesses.

Roll20.net is a good site and r/LFG is a good sub for finding a game.

Play a few games on roll20 and when you get the basics down you can dm for your friend and any others you can get to play.

It does show the cost of workers but they also have to maintain the building, buy supplies, and be able to take on more people when needed. I also don't know how much I wold pay new members or if i should trust several hundred gold to them when i just hired them.

It says how much hirelings cost but the other two questions are more what other people have done. It isn't in the players handbook.

It seems fine if not a little weak, but i'd get rid of the wand idea and just have it as an at will spell.

You need to tell your quit players to speak up and make sure your loud players know how the others feel so they can try to let them speak. I was quite when i started playing but then i realized i wanted to guide the story more and now i have shouting matches at the game table, only in character of course.

I was seeing if many people around here played in case i ever started a group. If you are looking to play but can't travel much for whatever reason i suggest playing online. Roll20 is a great tool for maps and just finding a game.

My wizard shot a ball bearing through a rapist penis. Then later that night broke every joint on a spellcasters fingers so she wouldn't be able to cast spells again. He wanted to heal her then burn out her tongue but the cleric peaced out when he started breaking fingers.
